SIPLUS CMS1000 is the starter system for condition monitoring of rolling-contact bearings with fixed or variable speed in the industrial environment.

SIPLUS CMS1000 can be integrated into the Totally Integrated Automation (TIA) architecture.

SIPLUS CMS1000 consists of two components:

  • SIPLUS CMS1000 Bearing Guard
  • SIPLUS CMS1000 Sensor

The Sensor measures the vibration acceleration of the monitored rolling-contact bearing. The Bearing Guard analyzes the measured values in accordance with the VDI 3832 procedure and signals a limit violation on the display and via floating contacts.
